SOLUTIONS

The introduction of NextGen into new markets required a brand evaluation and revised customer strategy. The findings from this exercise resulted in updated customer profiles and positioning and then an update of brand content and visuals.

First embarking on a Discovery with stakeholder and customer interviews, a Brand Strategy was developed to uncover the unique offering and articulate the positioning of the brand. A Communication Strategy was developed with this foundation to focus and clarify messaging. Two photoshoots and one video shoot were done to bring the brand to life and provide assets for content to communicate the brand message.
